My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with slow service. The location was convenient with easy access to various attractions. The hotel facilities were adequate, but the paid parking was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were spacious with a separate bedroom and a large seating area, offering a nice view. However, there was a slight odor issue that required us to buy air fresheners. The service, although friendly and helpful, had some unexpected additional costs like valet. The location in downtown Tampa was perfect for exploring the area with easy access to restaurants and the convention center. The dining experience had its ups and downs, as the Bistro staff lost my order, leading to a significant wait time. On the positive side, the facilities were well-renovated and appeared new.

I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the flexibility of the TV that could swing around. The service was top-notch, with responsive and helpful staff, especially when I needed assistance with our passports and cruise documentation. The location was perfect, with easy access to Ybor City, the riverwalk, restaurants, and the airport. Although the dining experience had a slight hiccup with a lost order, overall, it was still enjoyable. I found the facilities to be well-maintained and pleasant.
